Great location. Greta happy hour. Great pool. Great rooms. Only down is staff could be a bit friendlier.

The place was very clean and comfortable. I liked very much their breakfast in the morning and the location of the hotel is good. I wish the water was heated in the pool, it was quite too cold to enjoy a swim in it in my opinion. The staff at the front desk were also very helpful as I needed to print some tickets before checking out and they agreed and did it within a few minutes.

Maintenance of shower head is required as it is half broken

Starting with the bad, my room had cockroaches in it and sometimes the door mechanism would jam when trying to open the door. Aside from that the hotel is very nice, it's close to the main road and amenities are good. Daily breakfast buffet was delicious and staff was very friendly.

Hotel and restaurant staff was excellent! Super helpful and friendly! The rooms were a little dated but good location and very clean.

i had an amazing experience and I am going back in a few days. The staff goes out of there way to make your stay enjoyable. The room was clean and modern. The location is incredible - 2 minutes from the beach, near stores, clubs, restaurants - really everything but there isn't a lot of noise at night. Oh and this was very important for me - the most important - the internet worked really well - it was fast. I really don't have anything bad to say - only good things - can't wait to be back :)

Amazing location and the staff was always helpful. Only our room fell in a corner of the buidling for which we didnt have any view

Within walking distance to the Patong beach. Breakfast was good and dinner was quite affordable with the restaurant coupon they provided upon check-in.

The hotel was nice and clean with friendly staff. As a hotels.com gold member I received some extra perks and a room upgrade. Great pool and breakfast was also nice with Thai and western options. We stayed in the pool access room which I can highly recommend if you enjoy hanging out by the pool. We’ll be back in future for sure

The support of staff during this time of unknow( corna 19 virus). Every day pesented new challenges for tenants. I hotel management did everything that was possible to keep us informed.
