Parking was convenient, check-in was quick, the room was great. Maid service was awesome, super sparkling job, however the maid did knock loudly on our door at 8:30 a.m. Saturday to see if we wanted it cleaned (a little too early for vacationers on a Saturday!). The pool area leaves a lot to be desired (no place to put used towels), and the towels handed to us at the front desk for the pool were so small you will need two to cover the loungers and another to dry off with. Sadly, we were at the rooftop bar sitting at the railing on Friday night and there was a young man smoking a cigar and SPITTING off of the roof down to the pool area. This is not the hotel's fault at all, but I was afraid to report it or call to a manager's attention ("Karen") because that ill-mannered person was with a large group of young men, almost all of whom were drinking and smoking. So we left the bar. Elevators have no air conditioning, be aware. There is a sign that says you need a room key to access rooms on floors 6-9 ? I think (we were on the 6th floor), but another elevator rider said you don't need your key and just pressed 6th floor for us and the door opened to our floor. So, security is a little lax, just saying.
