Lovely hotel
Very nice hotel. Close to restaurants. Great for walking around. Nice bright bathroom, newly updated. Room small but efficient. Bed and pillows a bit too hard for us. Breakfast was fantastic. Friendly staff.

Generally very good
The hotel was generally very good. Location excellent and breakfast very good. Initially the room we were given was not the one we booked but this was changed after raising this point. Although I am not sure I stayed in the superior room I booked. The hotel was full and I wonder if this had an influence on this

Great!!
Was blown away with this Hotel when we checked in! Clean, great location, great service, reasonably priced and great staff! We had the family room which came with its own Jacuzzi bath and walk in shower with 4 different jets, awesome, kids loved it! We were woken by an alarm in our Room at 7am due to people staying above letting their bath overflow and flood which triggered alarm and dripping in our room! Wasn't a great experience given all the family were fast asleep but the Manager kindly offered to refund us £20 due to the inconvenience it caused us. We didn't ask for this but was a lovely touch which just added to our overall feelings for the Hotel, we'll be back!

Exeter Christmas
We stayed over for a gig and Christmas shopping. The bed was huge and really comfortable, the breakfast was lovely and filled me up all day. It's a great location close to shops and restaurants. Definitely would stay there again.
