Clean & newly renovated rooms
The outside of the building is run down and old looking but all the building in the area look the same. The hotel is on the 4th floor so once you get on the floor it is clean and comfortable. The guest area is secured and well monitored. The room was clean and looked newly renovated which was nice. Depending on the room you select you may not get a window but there is no good view in the area so you are not missing much. Staff was all great and friendly!!

Nice staff. Clean. but NOISY.
I feel bad leaving a bad review. The staff was nice. The room was clean. However, between 3 and 7:30 there was the most obnoxious, frantic music playing in the room above us. I could not sleep for 2+ hours. I wouldn't have stayed in this hotel for free if I'd known how obnoxious the music would be. Withholding that information was a bit dishonest IMO and it completely ruined my stay.

Clean hotel
Great for solo or couple as room size is small and compact. However service is great and it is clean.

Very clean hotel with great personnel service
This is a really small hotel located on the fourth floor of a building. The outside of the building and the overall condition of the rest of the building is not that great. It looks like an abandoned building but close to MRT, food and shopping. The staff was great and super friendly. The section that the hotel occupies is very clean and well decorated. The room is very clean but the bathroom is quite small. The bed was comfortable also. It was a little oasis from the busy streets. Breakfast choice for Western food is limited but they had bread, sausage, ham and eggs make fresh.
