The day I checked in the receptionist was very inattentive. I asked her how was I going to get my bags upstairs and she said she did not know. I told her that she will have to get up from her chair and find someone. Well she did. I was not given a Wi-Fi code or any welcome or anything. I had to get the Wi-Fi from the man next door. I stayed there 3 days with no hot water and barely running water. The maid service did a nice job cleaning. When checking out I found someone to take my luggage down. When I checked out the receptionist did not acknowledge me at all and never asked how was my stay or thank you for staying with us, nothing. I gave her my key and waited for my ride. I can say that this hotel has a generator when the power goes out in Negril, because it did!

Very nice staff and very clean. The TV didnt work, no hot water. No iron nor ironing board. It's actually a very nice place that is in bad need of maintenance. Really wouldnt take long to resolve all the issues.
