Couple issues but perfect for Bills games !!

A/C didn’t work in first room. Moved me and the A/C Only went down to 68 degrees in the 2nd. Room was fine. Every time I turned on a light switch nothing would happen. Jamie, I believe that was her name, at the front desk was AWESOME!!! I would stay there again especially for Bills games !!!

Best Hotel Experience

This is our second stay at this hotel in two months, and it is the best hotel I have stayed at. It is super clean, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is tasty. Whenever we have any issue, they are always quick to solve it. This is the best hotel to stay at, and when I go back to Buffalo again, this will be where I will be staying.

Ants and bites

The room had ants that bit my granddaughter leaving her with welts. I asked housekeeping to change the sheets on the bed because of the ants and they didn’t even clean the room. When I went to tell the desk the room wasn’t cleaned housekeeping had left for the day so I was given the sheets and blankets to change the bed myself. The ants were also in the bathroom. There was water damage to the wall and door so likely where the ants were coming in.
