New and clean, great value
Loved it. Nice, new and clean. The king bed is a platform bed with walls on both sides so pretty safe for kids. The location is pretty central and good. There is a convenience store and a breakfast cafe nearby.

Cozy and Clean hotel in Hamamatsucho area
+ : Check-in & out was very smooth thanks to an attentive staff that stands-by even during for late night check-ins. The area that the hotel is located in is more of a business/ office area, so don't be taken aback that during the weekends things might seem a bit quiet (some might even prefer it.) There are convenience stores nearby, 7-Eleven and FamilyMart, in case you have a sudden midnight hunger. There are also good restaurants in the area that serves both Western and Japanese cuisine- I would personally recommend Gyukatsu Motomura, they serve excellent pork cutlets and is located close to Hamamatsucho Station- as well as two subway stations, Daimon Station (Toei Line; a private railway line that can take you to Tokyo Station & Ropponggi) and Hamamatsucho Station (Yamanote Line; Tokyo's circle line subway that takes you to the hotspots such as Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ueno, Ginza) Sights nearby includes the Hamarikyu Gardens, Shiba-koen Park, and Zojo-ji temple which offers a photogenic view of Tokyo Tower. We stayed for 3 nights in the family room, and it was large enough to accommodate a family of 6; which is unheard of in Japan as most hotel rooms are "compact". The room was very clean, modern, and tidy. Amenities abound: soap, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, bath robes are provided. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Bath and face towels are provided. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Large flat screen TV w/ English channels. All in all a very pleasant stay - : None

Mostly OK; a little strange though..
Redone and seemingly new. Location is convenient near two major stations and not far from the Nihonbashi business area. Ginza/Yurakacho is close. Most places you want to go for business or social or close on one of the two train lines. It's also close to Haneda. The staff are excellent and English speaking levels are great. Rooms are relatively large and clean. However, it's a strange hybrid between a Western and a Japanese business hotel. There is a large platform for a bed, and on the platform is a big futon which is kind of comfortable. You don't need to tap the key to the elevator to get up to the rooms. Therefore, there are some who choose to have a high end companion for an hour or two while the driver waits outside. Although the rooms are big, there is little in the way of natural light. The bathrooms have everything you need and the shower works well. It's very clean, efficient....Just lacks light in the rooms and not as comfortable as you would expect.

Great for arriving into Haneda
Not the best location to enjoy Tokyo, but amazing location if arriving in Haneda as the monorail connects at the closest station. The rooms were much larger than the Tokyo "norm." The rooms and staff were amazing!!

100% Recommended
While the hotel is not in the center of all sightseeing it is close to a major train station (Hammamatsucho) and its very easy to get help on how to take trains anywhere you want. The hotel is nestled in a charming street, quiet which is more than ideal for our family. We were able to rest and relax and then go to the station to visit. The hotel staff was very nice and very helpful. We went to Kyoto in the middle of our visit and were going to come back to the Mystays so the hotel kept some of our luggage without problem. Very convenient. They have the option of breakfasts included and you have the opportunity to have japanese breakfast if you enjoy it there it is. I regret not having more pictures to show you the rooms and the lobby.
