Good value for the money.
Perfect for 1 or 2 night stay, close to Old Port without all the noise, 10-15 minute walk from train station.

Basic stay in the inner-city
Despite being only a few blocks from the old port, the Best Western is in a bad part of town, littered with rubbish, construction and scroungers. If you need to be in the area, then its about as good as it gets, but that's not saying much considering the competition. 2.5/5

Unhelpful inflexible staff
Needed to change the booking due to business, considering best western is a huge brand they were completely inflexible and unhelpful. I won’t be using best western hotels again.

If you want to play roulette with your life
Horrific - location is dismal and to be honest completely unsafe, staff member attempted to break into our room at 1:30am, dirty room, poor all around - avoid at all costs
