Clean, up to date, and most of the staff goes out of their way to be helpful. In the seven nights we stayed, we only ran into two employees who were grumpy. Several did find it emensely funny that I wanted milk with my dinner. Despite language barriers staff did a very good job working around and helping with those barriers. The bed was great. The Room was spotless. Really great value for our money. Well done Azul Grand.

Everything great. They should have a smoking area in the pool area. there is very few smoking designated areas. also more seafood in the different restaurants will be great! Better cups for the drinks the ones currently used are very cheap looking

I had several issues but the main were, the food at the buffet wasn’t good at all, the they didn’t have enough variety. The restaurants were ok but they only allowed 1 reservation and we stayed 3 nights. The key for my room wasn’t working and when I asked the receptionist to get it fix she said that the key was fine and active and told me to go back and try it which it didn’t work again… had to come back again and then she sent someone to check the lock, instead of just taking care since the beginning. The lobby bar didn’t have air conditioning, or wasn’t working…
