It has been my worse experience staying in Santo Domingo. I was in this hotel about 4 years ago and it was fine but I will not stay again. The manager is arrogant and unprofessional. It is disgusting the way I was treated. Bed sheets were not change from previous customer in first option room. TV was not working, no soap on shower room and toilet do not work properly. Cleaning in general is disgusting and impossible to rest at night time because the music.

NOISY HOTEL DISCO UNTIL 5AM
BEWARE , DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT A GOODNIGHTS SLEEP.THEY HAVE DISCO OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND THE MUSIC WOKE US UP AT 3AM, MUSIC WNT OFF AT 5AM. CALLED FRONT DESK ON THE INTERCOM AND THE DIRECTLINE NO ANSWER. IN THE MORNING AT 7.15AM I SAW THE CLERK AS TO HER WHEREABOUTS AT NIGHT , SHE LOOKED HALF A SLEEP. BREAKFAST NOT OPEN UNTIL 7.30AM. NIGHT SECURITY MORE WORRIED ABOUT THE DISCO PARKING AND NOT THE HOTEL GUEST VEHICLES. DIRTY BATHROOMS.

Bathrooms are dirty and shower walls have mold as well as the shower heads are full of molds bedsheets and towels have stains. Reception lady that assisted during my check in was not very helpful except for the guy at the night shift forgot to get his name that was very helpful and accommodating trying to switch my room. Never again in this hotel.
