I recommend this Hotel for families
we absolutely enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. the rooms were nice and clean. the pool is great, warm water and the waterslide is very smooth and so much fun. it’s very convenient that there is 2 restaurants attached so you don’t have to leave the building for food.

    Comfy bed
The bed was comfy and the room was clean. Big complaint was that the room smelled of paint, seemed like the bathroom had been painted that day.

Everything was amazing! The girl at the service desk was very patient when my kids were telling her stories.

    Very Good 8.0
At first was bad the night staff did address my complaints when I went at 3 different occasions in 6 hours. Next morning explained my concerns to guest manager and she moved us to a new room top floor on newly renovated part in corner. Much better sleep more at ease way quieter no disturbance also paid for our dinner that night which was very kind

    Exceptional 10.0
It was amazing. I had a great time. My only issue was the pillows were very uncomfortable so maybe some variety of pillows in the room would be nice? Other then that I had a great stay!

    Stay was mediocre.
It took really long to be checked in. Only one person working front desk. Room smelled like stale cigarette smoke :(. Seafood buffet on friday night was interesting. Roast beef was great. The deep fried shrimp when we got the fresh batch was great. The haddock was way too overcooked. The crab legs were overcooked. The veggies were awesome! When we went to pay the debit machine wasnt working. The front of the hotel for parking was kind of sketchy. Lots of people from casino hanging out smoking weed right at casino door. We would have stayed at canad inn at club regent but was booked full, so this was second choice.

    Decent price and convenient hotel
Not much right in the area, so it is quiet and just a short drive to Regent area or downtown. The room was a little stuffy and stinky but the service was good, and several options of places to eat/drink within the hotel itself.
    Holly, ca1 night family trip
    Fair 4.0
    Disappointed
Did not enjoy it. My family was meant to stay for 2 nights and we cancelled the second night because we weren’t going to pay for a second night of staying in what felt like a prison cell. The walls looked like a grey cement with no decore or anything to make it feel inviting. The bathroom was extreamly small and the “painted tub” left floating pieces of paint in the tub when I attempted to give my daughter a bath. The only part of our stay we enjoyed was having the pool room to ourselves. My family will never be staying here again.
