    Paradise and a little disappointment
This is an amazing hotel. Great service, view and some of the best food in our travels. What was not amazing was getting an email two days before checking in informing us of additional charges for an extra bed for a child we requested at time of booking. We would have had no issue with the extra charge if we were informed at time of booking and paying in March. I called and the Mulia directly to ensure everything was good with the reservation when we booked and was told we were good. The charge for an air bed on a frame and breakfast were exorbitant. So our feeling about the hotel was not good prior to checkin. and the Mulia were naming the other and not taking any responsibility. They need to get their act together and not put the customer in the middle. After a long conversation with the General Manager the Mulia honored the reservation as booked and paid. We really appreciated this. This is not an inexpensive hotel, but worth the money for a few nights if you can afford it. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to have stayed longer. Every detail in the hotel is of a high standard. We hope to return again in the future.

    Comfortable stay and great service
The Mulia was gorgeous through and through! The beds were so comfy, the pool chairs were so comfy, overall the hotel was so comfortable. The pools were stunning and great to swim in. Everything was clean and the service provided was nothing but amazing. I will say this hotel is meant for people who have money to spend as anything on the resort was quite pricey as I would assume it would be. We though there would be a few free perks but unfortunately this was not the case. We told the hotel it was our honeymoon and even scanned our documents to prove our marriage and from that we thought we were going to receive a nice gesture, unfortunately we didn’t get much of an upgrade other than chocolates. Happy to receive the chocolates but thought there would have been more. Lots of families there and older couples so be prepared to see lots of kids. Overall, great stay, comfortable and amazing breakfast buffet that was included.

    Luxury Resort
Great hotel and fabulous staff and service, it is expensive but worth the extra cost. Lagoon access room worth paying extra for, they just need to put sun lounges on the outdoor area instead of chairs. If you are elderly do not consider these rooms, getting in and out of the pool is difficult, though they could put a railing in. Tiles on the outside area are deadly when wet, I’d be surprised if they have not had a serious injury, they need to fix this as duty of care, a warning sign is not sufficient! Food is excellent, wonderful breakfast.

    Lovely Resort, service abit slow.
Have stayed at Mulia Suites before and was very impressed. A little disappointed with our 1st time at Mulia Resort. The Resort itself is amazing and spotless. Check in was very slow, waited in lobby for hours for room, as it was not ready. Staff did not seem to care, I think they forgot about us, as when we were finally getting checked into our room, our luggage had disappeared. They then realised that they had already sent them to our room. Asked to book Sunday Buffet, we were told it was fully booked, asked somebody else and they made booking for us. Some staff seemed lost and not too accomodating. We just found we had to wait for many requests for lengthy times and we are not demanding or difficult people.

    An amazing resort
We had 5 nights at the Mulia Resort and loved every minute. Wonderful friendly staff, great breakfasts every morning and an amazing dinner at the Cafe. It has been tastefully decorated, and everywhere you look outside, there are statues, pools, trees and flowers. There isn’t much around the area, but for 3AUD, a taxi will take you to Bali Collection for shopping and restaurants.
