Birthday staycation
It was a nice staycation. This trip was my son's birthday trip. We've arrived early and being told our room was ready, so awesome. When we got in, turns out the room has not quite ready, so we got complimentary drinks in the lobby to wait till our room's ready. The pool was great, spa pool was good temperature, sauna was great, gym was great. Everything's awesome. Our room was good, got a nescafe machine which was nice. Bathroom was amazing, with big bathtub and rain shower. My son got a special treat from the hotel which he loves so much. Breakfast was good. Not much variety but good enough, the view from the restaurant was absolutely stunning. We got a late check out as well which gives us time for a short swim before we go home. Overall a very nice stay.

I usually love staying at the QT but this time….
It was expensive nights stay, room was tired, cold when I entered, shower pressure weak, air con old and loud. Some staff good, some disengaged and abrupt. And my colleague couldn’t get room service to answer the phone.

We really enjoyed our stay at the QT Apartments. The kitchen and shower were great. The pool and sauna were awesome. Probably the only comment I would make it would of been nice to have a small cafe table and chairs so we didn’t have to eat on the bed.

Lovely room, comfortable bed. Bathroom a little shabby/worn. Heat pump only worked on high fan which was noisy so couldn't leave on overnight which made the room very stuffy. Went to bar at reception. Overcharged both times and were overcharged on check out for mini bar items.
