HAD TO drag all our luggage through stairs
We were allotted a room that had NO ACCESS THROUGH THE ELEVATOR. And we were not even told about this at the time of check-in. As a result, we had to drag all our heavy luggage through the flight of stairs which was not only painstacking, but had an effect to my back as well. This was nowhere mentioned in hotels.com or at by the hotel staff at the time of check-in. Extremely unfair!!

The room itself was very clean and nice but the ac unit was very loud and never shut off at all and the room was not made up at all not even to make the bed and the front desk staff was not very helpful they were polite but not really interested in what you had to say

Great Experience!
Room was ready on our arrival. Second floor location. Room very nice! Tons of room. Super clean! Awesome walk-in shower. Had a lovely balcony with two chairs. Very pleased with check in and check out. Easy to do by text. All interactions with staff were very friendly. Pro tip: book your Sunday breakfast with Open Table or the night before. They only took in tables with reservations for breakfast. Some families were turned away as there was only one server and one cook; and all tables were prebooked. Regardless, we will be back!!

Ladies weeked get-away
I stayed at the hotel with 3 of my girlfrieds for 2 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and clean and spacious. The staff was welcoming. I especially loved the onsite spa and we enjoyed relaxing facials and massage. The location of the hotel was also great as it was close to Blue Mountain Village
