Exceptional 10.0
This hotel is pricey but you get what you pay for! Staff are more than willing to help you and accommodate any requests you may have, the rooms are cleaned thoroughly, the breakfast in the morning is delicious, and the hotel is a short 5 min walk to the underground in a very safe area (across from museums that are worth visiting). Initially, the hotel is a little hard to locate as the building blends in very well with the neighbourhood, but you'll definitely remember this hotel after staying here!

Beautiful, comfortable, boutique hotel experience- the staff here is like no other. Warmly received and cared for from check-in to departure. Close to Harrods, Victoria and Albert Museum, Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Dog friendly, afternoon tea and a sweet little bar for an evening cocktail.

This property is excellent in every respect. The location is perfect, convenient to food and entertainment but quiet. The staff is friendly and very anxious to help in any way. Food in the hotel bar and dinning room is exceptional and the service in both is wonderful. I am just sorry that I can't give this place more than five stars.

Fair 4.0
I have stayed at this hotel many times. I return because it has always exceeded my expectations. This time my room was on the main floor, felt like a dungeon, very small and constricting. The worst was it had a terrible odor. I did address with the staff, they opened my windows, they should have moved my room. Lastly the food was not good, I had as always their croque-monsiur, they changed it, now it is all bread!
