We stayed two nights at Chalet Ivy Hirafu. We loved it and had an amazing stay. Thank you so much for the great hospitality. It will be our go-to choice when we visit Niseko again. The room was spacious and there were plenty of in-room amenities that are so thoughtful. The onsen was wonderful and clean, especially loved the outdoor onsen. The service was top-notched, all the staff were super helpful and the shuttle service was so convenient to bring guests back and forth the ski area or Kutchan station, it was basically on demand and not limited to a fixed schedule. Breakfast was great too and the wine vending machine was awesome. Thank you!

The staff at Chalet Ivy are very helpful and friendly, so from the moment of booking, to check in, to support during the stay, it was excellent. The hotel itself is very clean well situated and has all the options to relax. It is very well equipped for the active wintersport person with individual lockers for each room for your gear. The shuttle bus service to and from the station and the Gondola is excellent and on demand. I am very satisfied with my stay at Chalet Ivy.

Love the 24 hr onsen, room is clean and big. Walkable to dot base, but you would need to take their shuttle to gondola base. If you are going to other 3 areas, unfortunately the hotel does not provide shuttle, but can drop you off at visitor center, where you can take other shuttles.
