The Good: Cleaning lady was perfect. Pool is nice. The bad: Gym, Restaurant and pool are in a different building depending wthe room they give you. If you book the entry level room, you are not in main building. The internet that is included does not work, so you are forced to pay extra for ''fast'' internet which also often does not work. I rented 5 rooms for me and staff and was charged 10 extra internet charges (1 for laptop and 1 for cellular) for each room. This is ridiculous. When I complained about it they just said it was ''hotel policy''. Will not be going back there.

The staff were super friendly and informative. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet had so many choices and it was all very yummy. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and comforting, room was supplied with all basic necessities, staff was pleasant and the hotel generally had a good vibe. As soon as you enter the lobby, it feels and smells great. could possible become a 4 star hotel in the near future

Lobby sound so loud, music blasting can be heard several stories higher. So loud that one cannot even have a normal conversation with counter staff, must nearly shout. one feels almost as if in a comic sketch because the sound level is so unreal. Also, staff goes around elevators and floors with walkie-talkies blasting and radios (even listening to a sports game in one case) while cleaning the room. Apart from this significant irritant, i.e. the utter disregard of noise pollution, the hotel is in good condition, one can tell that this place has more procedures than average filipino hotel to clean rooms, operating procedures, etc. but unfortunately, one can also tell that the staff is focused on those procedures and not caring about the client one bit in the equation. Breakfast finishes at 10:00 on Sunday, showed up at 10:00 sharp, then went out to meet my guest, came back 6 minutes later, was told "no more service Sir". You can still eat but you now have to pay...hotel is like in a parallel world where the customer experience is not present.
