The con for staying at an establishment close to the subway station is that you will hear the subway trains up until they close for the night. In room 205 the subway noise is enough to keep a light sleeper awake until closing time. Also Japanese style beds may not be enough cushion and not that comfortable for some.

Great spot
Really close to a subway station though it was hard to find. We had to ask some 711 cashiers to help us find it. Once we were there, it was great! Good service. There is noise from the train nearby but they don't run too late so it wasn't a problem.

Wonderful little gem
We stayed here for 5 nights and our stay was very comfortable. We stayed in a twin room with 2 beds and an ensuite sink. There was a shared shower and bathroom. Which was never a problem because they staff were always on top of cleaning the showers once someone used it. Never had to wait to use the bathroom or the shower. They had a coin laundry which was very convenient. They staff were so nice and very helpful! Ota, Oda, and Jiro made our stay very comfortable, treated us like old friends! We used the pottery bath one night and that was a real pleasure. Hot steaming bath was very nice and relaxing after a long day of sightseeing and traveling. The Inn is close to the train station and the trains can be heard throughout the night, but it never bothered us. The only thing that was negative was that it was a little difficult to find the Inn when we first arrived. It's tucked away down a little alleyway. But otherwise we would absolutely stay here again. It was such a gem to find this little place.
