Not at the Spanish steps...
The location is between pantheon and Campo di fiori. Not Spanish steps as it says on Hotels.com. Upon entering the hotel...lobby is well maintained. The hallway carpets are in desperate need of change. Old and tattered. The room is spacious and comfortable. My only complaint is I forgot my shampoo and they don’t provide one. Only a body wash which for women is not acceptable. Other than that was a good stay.

We absolutely loved our stay..the location is exceptional, walked everwhere, beds were comfy, rooms very clean, and plenty of fluffy white towels everday. Staff was awesome, too! It was a bit noisy at night as our room faced the front but to be expected in the area. We couldn't have asked for more! We will definitely be back as we travel to Rome often. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

Roman Holiday
A nice clean hotel central to many historical sites in a safe area. There is a bus stop right outside the entrance which was great, but could be a minor hinderance due to all the people waiting for the bus to arrive. Shops close by and with a bit more of a walk you could find many good restaurants. Not spectacular, but definitely comfortable. Staff was very helpful with all needs from getting taxis to giving directions and maps to sites. We would stay here again.

Very close to The Pantheon and walkable to many other places like Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps..just wear comfortable shoes. Spent 5 nights and you'd need that or at least 4. Have wanted to visit Rome for a long time. Weather was a big plus at around 24°
