Nice hotel but the thermostat wouldn’t let us cool off the room. We even asked the desk. We were told 23.5 was perfect. We disagreed.

Eurostars Madrid, two thumbs up
This was a good hotel in the heart of the city center of Madrid. Very quiet. Very clean and very close to the Metro. We would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel
Very helpful staff and an excellent location. The room was pretty small but it was workable since we were barely in it. Very close and walking distance to most of the sights.

Good location. Clean room.
It was nice overall. Central of Madrid. Good location. I found it unusual that a kettle was not provided in the room and we had to pay 20 euros as deposit to borrow one from the front desk. Apart from that, it was alright.
