Overpriced and dirty, poorly maintained
We were appalled at the condition of the room when we opened up the door to the room that we paid over $310 a night for. It was in desperate need of upkeep and renovations. Furniture was old and marked to the point we wouldn't use some of the chairs. AC unit so loud that we opened window as noise from highway was less than AC. Booked a queen and was only a double. Cold water faucet in sink turned both ways, no plug in sink, no soap in dispenser (lucky we always travel with a bar). Grease on shower curtain. Carpet was gross/marked, dog kibble found, duvet old/marked/dirty. We have stayed in other older hotels in other mountain areas and paid less and these other hotels were all in WAY better condition and better maintained/renovated. This lodge should be embarrassed to charge this price for a room when the upkeep of the building obviously has not been maintained over the years. Needs to shut down and have a major gut/renovation job. Will NEVER be back

Disappointing stay.
The bathroom lights and fan did not work; maintenance was called, and could not find the problem. It ended up being a blown fuse that I fixed myself, only after showering in the dark. The TV did not work due to insufficient signal. I was unable to correct this, and chose not to contact the front desk for assistance.
