Good apartment.
Good apartment with modern amenities. The building is occupied by different types of tenants which is typical of the location. Uber was easily accessible. Small convenience store on the ground floor. Nice view from the apartment. Checkin staff could have been more helpful and polite. People who delivered the luggage to the room were nice.

Family Stay
Stayed at the Galleria residences for 3 nights and the apartment was really nice. The location is amazing in Deira with Gold Souk across the road. What was very disappointing was the service levels as they were kind of non-existent-had to ring multiple times to get a single item such as coffee mugs. Rooms were also not cleaned until late afternoon. There is no specialist staff for room service and everyone does everything in this hotel hence the delays. will not be staying here again despite the location. Definitely not Hyatt level service-quite deceptive.
