Location was excellent, especially for Eurostar travellers. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Two temporary things that made this stay a little rougher for us: massive construction in the intersection just outside the hotel and 3 of 4 elevators not working. Otherwise the stay was good. Breakfast in particular was appreciated and close location to Rotterdam Centraal came in handy. Check out the Biergarten hidden around the corner if you have time.

The hotel located 7-10 minutes from central train station. Great location and walking distance to the city center. The tram in front of the hotel. Friendly reception and good breakfast. Unfortunately no safe. Would definitely come again.

Location is convenient
Verified review

4/10 Fair

Hotel is in a convenient location walking distance from train station. But... it has small rooms (but clean), poor air-conditioning, and only one elevator with very long wait times. (One elevator was out of service and two others were permanently shutdown.) Breakfast was chaos. The food was good quality with decent choices, but there were no cups, plates or bowls, and long lines of people waiting for dishes of any shape. Four plates would arrive, then two cups, then six bowls....I have never seen so many people rolling their eyes!
