Inchise the hotel for the airport transfer. This service is very limited which forces customers to take a taxi because it is inconveniently located in the middle of nowhere. This is a big hotel with two peple in check in. I had a 45” Wait to check in

Misinformation regarding the shuttle!
I had an overnight layover and picked this place because of the airport shuttle. The listing did not note that the last available shuttle was at 8:30 AM and there was an hour wait for the shuttle from the airport. I also paid for breakfast which was unusable because of the timing and having to order and pay for a taxi. I would like to note that the check in at the counter was very nice and responsive and offered to upgrade the room which was a nice gesture but for such a brief stay did not fix the extra expense I had to incur because of the incorrect information.

Great location for access to the airport. Restaurant onsite offers buffet but not many other options in the area. This was my second stay at the hotel because of the airport location, size of the rooms and free shuttle to the airport.
