The staff at the actual hotel were amazing. But the photos are all of the other hotel. Please change them. Very misleading. Please add chairs to the beautiful balconies. Typically no hot water. The service at the restaurant in the other hotel was really terrible. They need to retrain the servers. Average wait time for coffee was over 30 minutes and dirty tables took over an hour to. Hence the bird were pooping everywhere because they wanted to eat off the dirty dishes that stayed there for an hour or two. The food for a Canadian and Mexican was terrible. Maybe fine for locals. Food served raw or completely not edible. But the actual hotel we stayed, staff were awesome!
