The location and the view!!
This hotel is amazing in all ways except one. The view, the staff, the location are all 10/10. The only challenge was the layout of the rooms. Having the bathroom downstairs left a very cramped upstairs and there isn't much space to put clothes except to leave them mostly in your suitcase.

Fabulously comfortable pool chairs, and a great view from the pool deck of the entire bay and sunset over the water. This property was over 3 or four floors and had a great view from every level. It was the true Santorini experience. Excellent attention from staff, probably the best I have ever received, it felt almost like we’d taken a personal butler on holiday. From serving our water and coffee at breakfast, to speedy help when I locked myself out, bringing new wine glasses straight away to the room, and serving dinner at the pool deck because I didn’t want to miss the sunset to go and change! (10/10 for dinner: the eggplant millefuille was best veggie dish I’ve ever had). Staff always went above and beyond - very detailed explanations on the best sunset spots, I was able to use their office space/phone when I had a mini-emergency I needed to attend to. The breakfast buffet was ample - on the first day I had the eggs, toast, fruit (freshly cut pineapple, orange and melon) as well as yoghurt with banana and honey, and chocolate crepes which they brought out mid-way through. The second day was omelette and some sort of delicious creamy Greek pastry and I even had some salad for breakfast because it just looked so fresh! They told me they are going to close through winter to renovate, but I’m honestly not sure what they’re planning to “fix” as nothing seemed bad to me… maybe they’re making the pool an infinity one for the instagrammers? 10/10 would come again

The view of the caldera is worth every penny. It is out of this world. My husband and I sat on our balcony for hours watching the sunset. Our room was very clean, staff was probably the best we have ever had at a hotel. Highly recommend!

We loved this hotel! The staff was so nice and helpful, and the location is great. You're right at the edge of where all the nightlife of Fira starts, but you're not in the thick of it, so it stays nice and quiet. The grounds are so unique and you feel less like you're in a hotel and more like you're part of a small village. Our room was one of the more basic options, but even that felt cozy and comfortable. Would highly recommend this property, especially if you want to have a quieter stay while still being close to all the shopping and restaurants of Fira.
