The staff were outstanding. One of our bags with Emirates had been transported to London rather than Rome. Even though the airlines knew where the bag was they were very tardy in returning it to us (days) and the baggage handling process was complex. The staff at the hotel went out of their way to assist us including making two phone calls to Emirates call centre dealing with lost bags. We could not have asked for better service and it was there when we needed it. Thank you

Set in a old monastery the hotel is just lovely. Very pleasant service, a lovely view from the balcony. A real treat. Will come back!
