Fantastic hotel, love the pool!
A beautiful hotel with amazing service! We did a staycation here with our two kids and really enjoyed the pool time. Pool is large and also has a really nice hot tub. We both had spa treatments as well which were great. Room was super clean, comfy beds and a nice turndown service. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Location is great right by it all!

This is the BEST hotel in Chicago period. Their service is unmatched. Their attention to detail is amazing. The staff...welcoming from the time you arrive until the moment you leave. The cleanliness...perfect. The privacy and can do commitment is contagious! I want to shout out to their concierge Philippe!! He made our stay a home away from home. The valet was swift and the turn down service...awesome!! I made it a priority to review the establishment because all should know this is a place of grand service. The only place I am staying in Chicago.
