I've stayed here previously for a short layover and I was delighted that time because of the size of the room and the free airport shuttle. However, for this stay, the room we got needs refurbishment. The corridor also doesnt smell very pleasant. The room was not properly cleaned during our second day and toiletries were not also provided during the second day.

Stay was ok - just!
Overall the hotel was ok - just! It was somewhere to base out of and sleep whist visiting Amsterdam again. But nothing to write home about. Cleanliness was very poor. One of the pillows was very badly stained asked reception to change them and was met with ‘ok we will see if we can find some for you’. Rather than profusely apologising etc. Took two attempts at asking to finally get new pillows. Bathroom floor filthy. The type where you take off a t-shirt and it drops on the floor momentarily, and you go to pick it up and it’s covered in dust lines and dust marks. Good point was the the hotel’s shuttle bus runs every half hour till 11pm back and forth from the airport and always on time. Train tickets are £10 pp each day return to Amsterdam. This was pretty much the cheapest hotel in Amsterdam or around it. And you get what you pay for. And we appreciate that. Overall the hotel and stay was ok. Would I stay again? Probably not.

Not a nice hotel
This hotel was modern in looks, however our bedroom was substanded. Thry only gave us one flat pillow each. We ask for more pillows and they said they ran out of pillows. We ask for a shert change on the second night and we was told they dont change sheet during your stay. The AC made loud noise for the 3 days we were there. We requested to change room the next morning but they didn't have any rooms available. We requested a refund so we can book another hotel and they said the head office would have to do that and it would take 2 weeks. The smoking area was disgusting with cigarette buts everywhere and ash trays full and not emptied. Trash was darted all around the hotel's back area. I have never seen a hotel that does not have daily grounds maintenance. This hotel just looks good on the Internet, it's not a good hotel.

They're selling rooms (Ex; Deluxe Rooms 302 sq ft) through Hotels.com and upon arrival there isn't any. The rooms are no way {Deluxe} but small and normal. The night lights doesn't work, only one night stand in the room. Just sucked! Mr. Rogers, Rudy
