Booked this hotel because I wanted a place with the same of level of comfort that you typically find in the west. The hotel meets those expectation, but very quiet during our stay. It appears there are more hotel staff than actual hotel residents. The breakfast selection was very good, dinner at the Italian restaurant was eerily quiet but we felt very secure during our stay. I would gladly return.

Great hotel, amazing views from my room. You can practically see the whole city from the windows as i stayed on the 20th floor, great customer service, polite staff and felt safe throughout my stay. however hate their no food and drink from outside policy which means they are forcing you to either go out to eat or stay in to eat only hotel food which is ridiculous as 100s of restaurants offering delivery services are within 5-10 minutes away from the hotel due to its very central location.

I found only two things displeasing about my stay at Lagos Continental Hotel (LCH): -poor communication between Expedia and the hotel (poor on LCH’s end), and -long wait time when it came to room service. Every other thing was spectacular. I loved front desk staff, Chiamaka & Lawrence. Their demeanor was especially welcoming. Concierge & housekeeping were great, too!

Both Charging Plugs next to Bed was not working, then light kept going on and off and could not sleep. Last straw was when I got electrocuted by exposed live wire f the table lamp. If I had water on my hand what would have happened to me.
