All Dreadful !!!!!!
All Dreadful !!!! The entrance was through a mini alley next to a restaurant where they take out the garbage , the room IS NOT HOW THEY PROMOTE IT !!!!! Old walls , old furniture , old and dirty bathroom , the shower window is covered partly with aerosol paint and partly with industrial tape !!! At the entrance of my room is the fire alarm and the first two nights the alarm went sounded in the early morning and I had to go out to turn it off both nights !!!! And when I report all these situations from the first moment when I get to the room and when the alarm happened you can only do it by text message because THERE IS NO ONE IN PERSON WHO ATTENDS AND TAKES RESPONSIBILITY !!!!!! You can call them on the phone and they take a long time to answer but THEY ONLY APOLOGIZE !!!!!! And say they know that if they need to improve everything but soon they would do it !!!!!!! ALL DREADFUL !!!!!!

THE WORTS PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED
I have traveled the world and this is the worst place ever! Filthy, hall smells like toilet sanitizer, ancient dirt covered windows where you can hear everyone talking on the street outside. Ceiling fan that doesn't turn off, Black soot emitted from a/c unit. Bar on street floor that blasts music all night long with no customers there, No cable tv. Kitchen table with one leg falling off. Disgusting shower/tub. This was their PREMIUM studio! No carpet on floor, unlike their photo. Complete waste of my $600! Not sure what type of human rated this place high...perhaps prison inmate.

We felt like dirty little rats staying here. Run down, unclean, poor air conditioning. Our shower was basically unusable as it was backing in orange/dirty water through the drain. We messaged the property multiple times without response. Cheapest in south beach for a reason, you’re getting what you’re paying for. The location is great, but that’s about it.

If you need a Hilton or Marriott style hotel, this is not for you. If you are looking for a safe, clean and convenient place to sleep and shower while enjoying the day and night activities Miami has to offer this is the perfect base of operations. There is not a front desk, but check-in is easy, and the staff is very responsive via text. I do suggest requesting a room on the 3rd or 4th floor.
