I was there after all flights to Toronto were cancelled until the following morning.An airline agent suggested book a room in Nisku. I went on hotels. Com and picked your hotel because it had a shuttle and a restaurant/ bar. The shuttle didn’t come so I phoned and it wasn’t coming so I took a 6 minute $24 cab ride. The shuttle for other hotels came twice while I waited prior to calling.All the staff were nice. My key wouldn’t work when I went back to the room after having a glass of wine in the lobby because the restaurant is quite loud. Apparently you need to slam the door to get it to work properly.I booked the 7:30 am shuttle to return the next morning to airport and requested a receipt from the desk which apparently they can’t give me because I booked online. I would like to have it to claim from the airline. I was there 12 hours at an overall cost of about 200$ The room was large and clean and the staff were pleasant.
