Excellent Experience! 5 Star all the way !
Alessandro at reception was extremely professional, informative and friendly. The suites are modern and the washroom and showers is modern . Clean room, excellent and and for table bed huge floor to Ceiling headboard with nice Accent lighting around it. the huge windows opens and oversees the street with a great view up . Had my prosciutto sandwiches, beer and wine over looking this amazing street view. Bring your selfie stick and take a photo from your open window. The entrance to the property is fully secured and requires card access from street and suite area. They have a1927 elevator from the main entry that takes you back to the nostalgic year of the twenties . We love the entire stay and experience. 10 minutes walking to Tremini Station, walking 15-18 minutes to Trevi Fountain , Spanish Steps , Vatican and 20 minutes to Collesium . 2-5 minutes o the many Piazzas with elaborate statues and buildings . You will amazed and you won’t even think about the time walking as you take everything in. On the way grab a slice of pizza , gelato and enjoy!

Nice stay !
Great stay ! Nice welcome ! Clean room , comfortable bed . Good location . I had room 2 ( out of 5) and room 1 and 2 are noisy ( directly over the busy street . Unable to sleep with windows opened . AC does not work in Italy before May ! So not very comfortable for temperature in the room . Overall would recommend .

Great location!
Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Excellent location and the staff were friendly. Only complaint was that they gave me a damaged towel and it seems like the replenishing of the toiletries were inconsistent (I stayed for 4 nights and some days they refilled my toiletries and sometimes didn’t and the items they decide to refill were pretty random too).

Definitely a wonderful and unique experience
Wonderful staff, super clean, great location

Very Good 8.0
Nice room a little off the beaten trail.
The room was large, in a mixed purpose building. On floors 1&4 they have apartment style units. On the other floors there are orthodontists, lawyers and such. The building is situated away from the main area but we walked everywhere. If you are a walker it certainly is not that bad. I would not recommend it if you struggle with walking. The subway in Rome is not really handy as it skirts the city and comes nowhere near most attractions. We found a little cafe on the corner about 100 metres down the road. After eating their pizza on the first visit we decided that it would be our regular stop. Every morning you would walk in with all the locals and we're treated like family. By day two we didn't even have to order, they knew exactly what we were having. Our unit itself was probably one of their larger units. We had a bedroom with a king size bed, two chairs and a table. In the other room there was a sofa with a pull out queen bed and a desk with a chair. The bathroom came with a shower as well as a jacuzzi tub. Overall not a bad unit, the lower rating would be given for the location and a small problem that we had with the cleaning staff. The management once informed dealt with the issue immediately.
