Edge of town but still awesome location
The building seems to be shared amongst longer term rentals and apartment hotel. So it is busy and active but did not disturb. Furnishing is simple and clean. Beds very comfy. The location is amazing being a short walk from Queen Victoria Market, near a two tram stops heading east/west and north/south and across the road from Flagstaff station on the underground. You can see Docklands and it is a short tram ride, the MCG is 3 train stations from Flagstaff and 2 train stations from national gallery of Victoria. it is inside the Melbourne free tram zone so city commutes in rain, sun, freezing or boiling weather (it’s Melbourne this could the the same day) are easy to get too. Great place to get together with friends and explore Melbourne

The hotel was in a good area and had a nice view… but the housekeeping was lacking. They would forget to leave some of the towels needed and did not replenished the coffee/milk for the entire 5 nights we were there.

Lovely hotel, spacious room. Good sized shower. Quiet, nil disturbance from other rooms. Quick easy check in Trams outside for easy transport Access to CBD all walking distance.

Weekend getaway
Stayed in a studio apartment (no housekeeping) with a king size bed and kitchen. It was a lovely comfortable spacious room. Check-in process was extremely slow and check-out was a straightforward easy process. The hotel is app. 15-20 min walk to city center, and super close to QVM. It's a nice quiet area and would stay again.

Poor apartment layout and furnishings. Several items not working properly, phone, clock, microwave, Bedside light. Poor cleanliness, grubby and needed dusting.
