Grateful

Every person on staff was excellent! We felt so cared for and helped. Loni particularly went above and beyond in taking care of us on an extremely busy and overbooked couple of days. The bell staff helped us feel welcome and find transportation. Two housekeeping ladies saved the day for me when I had a wardrobe emergency. I appreciated them so very much. The location is unbeatable, the lounge and breakfast are a treat too. They served ice cream in the lobby. I could go on and on but I’m grateful and look forward to going back!
