Mediocre at best. 3 bathtubs no plugs. Broken cabinets. Garbage on fridge and never cleaned. Cleanliness was dubious. Handles were all sticky. Holes in doors and walls. Walls all scuffed up. Broken light fixture. No plunger or extra toilet paper. Worst accommodations i have had in years. Too many deficiencies to list. Cuba has better accommodations. Very disappointing for the cost. I would not recommend at all.

Location was awesome, lots of space, could use refreshing of paint, and kitchen was very lacking in supplies. Manager was very helpful with any requests, it just would have been nicer if we wouldn’t have had to make so many requests and supplies were already there.

below expectations, not clean - won't be back.
First thing is this isn't a resort, it's a condo with some rooms being rented out. the plus side is the 2 bedroom we stayed in was very big. Checking in set the mood for this, it's an odd check in experience as its in a room in the building, no reception area and there was no one there, we had to call them and wait and it all seemed odd and uninviting. Cleanliness - The room was not clean, there were stains on the towels, a mess on a window, hair in the bed and things like the toilets were wiped, but definitely not clean, overall cleanliness was very poor, with the current state of the world, this is no good! The room was also in rough shape, one wall had a hole that was patched but not finished, the carpets are very, very stained, lots of chipped drywall, only 1 of the 2 tubs had a plug and things of that nature. The kitchen was missing some essentials like a spatula, and it's all cheap stuff, dull knives etc. It wasn't horrible, but there were enough things that made us uncomfortable. It seems like they don't care about the place, both in cleanliness, condition or their reputation. Considering what we spent we will definitely not be going back.

For how expensive it was it could have been maintained better (dead bugs in light fixtures, several burnt out light bulbs, broken toilet seat, etc). No daily maid service and also lacking in security

We had a great time. The suite was spacious and we love that the kitchen is fully-equipped. We did not even miss our coffee, a kuerig machine and coffee pods were available for our use!

Lovely location and view! Very spacious (penthouse with lake view). Evening nice and quiet; lots of work traffic in early am but calms down after 7am. More thorough cleaning definitely needed during these covid times. Light switch in living room filthy. Outdoor balcony should have been swept or swept better ; lots of sand/dirt on floor.
