Beautiful house with a fantastic view of the sea. Host was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was simple but excellent on a covered terrace. Clean stylish rooms around an internal courtyard.

Perfect location. $2 Barbados for the bus just outside your door. Takes you anywhere around the Island. Property is close to EVERYTHING...supermarket, bank, beautiful Limegrove Mall, which had the best food for very reasonable cost, happy hour at the bar too. Movie theatre in the Mall. Beautiful stores. All Rooms are beach view with balcony & kitchen. Rooms are modest, but very clean. Excellent shower. Comfortable King bed. Lovely sandy beach and great for swimming. You can walk quite a ways along the beach each way. Has a great beach bar and restaurant and pool. Very relaxed atmosphere. Mullins beach, Paynes Bay, Sandy Beach only a short bus ride away. Many great restaurants. Do 2nd St. on Sunday night for some live entertainment. Lots of activities available. The people on the island are courteous and very helpful. Safe. Barbados is a beautiful island and so are its people. Everything I read about the Tropical Sunset was true. ...Location..Location..Location

This family run hotel is very well located. The super market is across the street and a variety of many great restaurants are walking distance. Of course Zaccios being next to the hotel serves many great dishes and has a beach bar where tourists line up to watch the beautiful sunset every day. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. They took care of all guest like they were family. Curly on the beach made sure all guests were comfortable, he watched over us and took care of our belongings when we went for long walks. The owners were always present and involved. They took the time to greet all their guests and listened to our suggestions. It looks like they have plans for more renovations. This hotel is a real gem.

Hidden from the busy centre of Holetown, this hotel is a delightful, tranquil gem with rooms overlooking the beautiful beach. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Great little bar perched at the ocean. This is NOT a Hilton!! A real local Barbados experience.

If you are looking for luxury, this will not be your place. However, this is the best location on the West Coast, next to Holetown, right on the beach and accross from the grocery store. Rooms are dated but very clean and have a kitchenette with stove top, microvawe, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, so you can really make it your home in paradise. Zaccios is a bar and restaurant just dowstairs wich offers great value for sea side. This was my second stay there this year and I plan to go back many times!

Great location, very friendly staff, bar and restaurant right next door. Great value considering the price of local alternatives right in Holetown.

Good moderately priced hotel right on beach with adjacent resto and bar. Friendly staff. Drawbacks - $3/day for room safe, VERY spotty Wi Fi, irregular room towel replacement.

It was wonderful waking each morning to the lapping of the waves outside your window. Every room have its own balcony or patio overlooking the Caribbean 100 feet away. The beach was small but adequate. The water very suitable for swimming and calm enough for small children - though it did get deep quite quickly. Sometimes getting a lounger was a bit of a challenge at prime time but we didn't have too much trouble as we had rented a car and weren't there in the height of the day usually just in the early morning or later in the afternoon. It was a great location to tour the island from. You could travel to all corners without having to deal with the Bridgetown traffic if you didn't want to. You were across the street from a good sized grocery store, pharmacy, book store, souvenir shops - not the tacky variety. If you wanted to cook for yourself I found groceries quite expensive and you did not have a real oven, just a stove top, microwave and toaster oven. Enough for my needs. We enjoyed the restaurant next door. There were others nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was the internet was not very reliable. You could get it -sometimes. There had a computer tech person in while we were there trying to fix the issues but I don't believe the issue was the hotel's fault more the service provider not up to North American standards. I was on holiday so didn't feel a need to be constantly plugged in so wasn't overly concerned

You could not ask for a better location. Grocery store across the road, bank right beside, chattle house shopping for gifts for this back home across the road, and easy transit. Rooms all face the water and well appointed kitchen. Curly was amazing, always with a smile and the hardest working person. Mask rentals, paddle boards, etc all ready to rent. Chairs set up well in advance and on such a beautiful beach. Some of the best snorkling ever!!! Only 2.5 km from Payne's beach where went went back twice to swim with sea turtles. There is evident care and pride in the hotel staff. The facilities have been are continuing to be upgraded. Congratulations to all. We had such a wonderful trip!! We'll be back for sure!!
