The man at the check in desk was so friendly and welcoming as we were bringing by husband to see his oncologist at Vanderbilt for a treatment. I couldn't handle getting my husband who was exhausted from 3 hour drive to the elevator and to our suite and the manager at he desk said no worries he would get our belongings upstairs which he did . Avery nice lady who was at the desk also brought them and would not accept a tip. We have been frequently at Vanderbilt Hospital and Cancer center and have always stayed in Marriott properties so this was our first time staying in Hilton property.I have already booked the same two bedroom suite for our next trip May 3 even though I get great perks with Marriott.

Will stay again despite a driver's actions
The staff were excellent. We enjoyed our stay at this location again. The only issue we had was when we called for a shuttle 45 minutes before cut off and was told by the driver (Sammy) that he was on the way to drop people off at the hotel and he would be on the way. We saw the shuttle drive by while waiting on Lyle Ave I waited a few minutes thinking he was coming back; he did not. I called the shuttle number and was sent to voicemail. I called the hotel and they informed me Sammy was gone got the night this was approx. 9:45pm. Despite the shuttle staff the hotel staff was excellent. We will stay here again despite one driver's actions.
