I only complain about the water, it’s salty I couldn’t shower I had to ask water to brush my teeth and those are the reason I won’t come back, however, the foods and the staffs are excellent 💯💯. They can do better

We made a reservation 10 days in advance. When I finally arrived we waited for over 3 hours without anyone coming to speak to us when we arrived on time. I requested 2 queen sized beds and they gave us a different room. The fridge didn't work they gave us dirty water to use and it was dirty with dust above the bed. It was ridiculous. They have no respect to be placing me in a cheaper room than what I paid for and It made ny visit to Haiti horrible. We tried to be patient with them we had to Call Hotel.com to call them to give the room. It was horrible I would request a full refund back that's how horrible it is. They took away the remote for the AC and i was hot in the middle of the night. They cut the wifi off in the middle of the night leaving me without contact with my family.
