It turns out to be a disaster at Terra Nova. Upon check-in on June 30 around 4.45 pm, I was asked to present my credit card for a security deposit of US $250, I refused and explained that was not noted at the time of reservation. I was then given the unpleasant facial expression and body language and muttering unprofessionally, I should have walked away then. Nevertheless, I went and settled in my room only to discover that the sofa was dirty as well as the face basin, and the complimentary drink wasn't given to the VIP, room, I address these issues with Mr. O. Gordon from Concierge, and he argued over the complimentary drink then send it an hour later which I returned at check-out, housekeeper promise to clean sofa the next day and did washed face basin.7.45-9 pm I ordered a chicken breast fillet with signage with rice peas and bit into a small stone, the size of a dime which I thought at first was a bone. I took it out of my mouth and was shocked it was a stone in my rice, I called O. Gordon who quickly took the stone from the palm of my hand and refused to give it back as I was about to take a photo. He pretend he was so sorry but I could see the deceptive facial expression, the cook came and apologized but it meant nothing to me at this point. I believe my food was tampered with. I stood in shock!! then O Gordon offer to reserve another accommodation and I declined and checked out immediately around 11 pm, I asked for my refund, but he refused, we will see about this
