great location only 2 blocks from board walk, ocean and main street. big room with microwave and frig. and good price for the location. This is our hotel of choice when coming to Seaside and it is pet friendly so we can bring our dog

Great stay on a budget!
The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice visit. They even gifted us a thoughtful doggie welcome basket for our canine companion! The hotel was dated (but undergoing some renovations), but it had an understated charm and was very clean.

Very nice staff, Greeting, very close to all the action such as beaches, eateries, State Parks, hiking, etc. No air conditioning and it was over 90 degrees late in the evening so sleeping was poor. No ice machine either. Old but clean.

Too many issues to recommend
There's no ice, no air conditioning and it was over 90 degrees, no window screen allowing insects in to sleep with, old mattress and other old discarded furniture in parking areas. Cramped shower and very old but clean. Small double bed and too hot all night to get any sleep. No breakfast. Would not recommend.

Older, but exceptional. Great staff.
Older place but very well maintained. Was very clean and updated. The two ladies who were working in the office were exceptional. Very pleasant and nice to deal with. Popcorn, pastries, juice, coffee and other snacks were available for no charge. They also had a very large supply of DVD's for guests to use. We very much enjoyed our time there and will definitely return in the future.
