All of the staff are wonderful. The waiters really go out of their way to accommodate you. The restaurants have amazing drinks and the food is delicious. The property has Kayaking and Paddleboards included in your stay. The main pool has a beautiful view of Los Arcos as well as the ocean. Around your Hotel Towers lies the beautiful Sierra Madre Mountains which has awesome views that are picturesque. Will definitely come back to Garza Blanca in the near future.

My wife and I visited the property Aug 20th for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our room, panoramic suite, was spectacular along with housekeeping and room service. We dined at the steakhouse and Blanca Blue as well as pool side on mountain. All staff were outstanding, especially Xavier and his team at Bocados. Our only disappointment was Hiroshi. When we arrived, we found it unbearably hot, apparently the A/C was out. The host was not very accommodating when we requested outside dinning, which was cooler than inside. We elected to leave and didn’t find the host very apologetic (our only negative experience with a staff member). We were pleased with the beer and wine selection and while the liquor selection was fine, we found the mixed drinks week and lacking flavor. Of note, if you are seeking a nice beach getaway, this may not be for you. Overall, excellent facilities, great food and outstanding staff. Will return.
