We were really pleased with our stay. The condo was clean, spacious and well equipped. The pool and view were awesome. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The maids and gardeners worked very hard to keep everything clean and beautiful. The property manager, Alfredo, was wonderful to deal with.

We had an excellent location but our unit was in need of basic maintenance: 1. Three floor tiles were just placed on floor and rocked each time you stepped on them 2. The toilet stuck and I had to call them in twice and tell them what to do to fix it 3. Faucets dripped but no one seemed to care The unit if fixed up would have been perfect for us We could walk out to the pool FYI; the office must have taken our WIFI router into their office but they did call the Wifi company to put a new booster in our room. We had no Wifi when we moved into the room, the signal could not make it through the wall from the office

Puerto Aventurus a safe gated location!
Well equipped spacious apartment. Close to the Dolphin Discovery; you can go and say hello to flipper everyday! Beach 5 mins away. The marina has pleasure boats leaving and arriving regularly. Large supermarket about 20 mins walk away. There is a Mayan ruin in the gated area of Puerto Aventurus but is an adventure trying to find. Maybe 40 mins walk. Check it out on Google for directions.

Nice condo rental
Nice condo rental with view of Marina. Short walk to most restaurants in Puerto Aventuras. Quiet. Some rooms are ground floor in front of the pool and can be noisy with kids. Pool is small and best for kids. Nice barbecue area by the pool. Some rooms are a little dated with older refrigerators, smaller big screens. If you want separation from town try the aventuras club lagoon. Also nice.

Property location was good close to marania. The two bedroom unit we paid for was not available only had a studio. I refused so they found a 2 bedroom but it was not clean, had roaches, we had have sprayed for bugs, we cleaned ourselves. Finally we felt comfortable.
