highly recommended
This is a delightfully charming, small hotel in a perfect location, central to everything and yet in a quiet location in the Marais. While it isn't elegant, it offers excellent value and comfort. The only caveat is that it doesn't offer air conditioning (as with many older small hotels in Paris) but does provide a decent fan. This is of not an issue except during the warmest periods.

Makes You Feel Like France!
Lovely space. It was so hot in Paris but there was no AC so I had to ask for multiple fans (it was 91F / 33C in my room even with the window open and some air moving). If you're there, eat at Benedict (across the street) and have a drink at the cocktail bar (just down the street).

Will not stay again
I had stayed in this hotel before but I will not stay here again. The location is very good, but that is the only thing going for it. The bedrooms do not have AC; they are very small (no room to open your suitcase). The glass tumbler in the bathroom was cracked. Not the hotel's fault but the people in the room next door were drunk and tried to open the communicating door at 3am. The breakfast is cheap (15 EUR) but is not worth that. The wifi was too weak for me to log on from my room. The front desk person was charming when i checked in and borderline rude on the enxt day when I checked out.

Very nice staff. No AC in June. Had to sleep with a fan at highest level directed at me. Felt bad for the poor cleaning person working in that building.

Great centrally-located hotel
Nice hotel in a great location. Very interesting rooms. I had a loft which contained the bed. I’m not sure if there was AC but its May and still chilly at night in Paris, so it didn’t matter. The hotel could use some modernization like Digital Keys and updated decor. But overall well worth the money and the fantastic location in Le Marais.
