Water came into my room 2/3 days we were there. The outside jacuzzi, one of the reasons I booked the hotel room, was broken. Our refrigerator started leaking and we slipped coming out of the bathroom. This resort is right off the beach but you cannot access it because the beach is sitting on rocks. We had to go haggle with beach clubs about them inflating their prices because nothing ever matched what was said online. You should absolutely get the crispy fish tacos if you go. And the pool bartender makes a mean margarita.

Do not stay here. Pay attention to the negative reviews. I don't think their positive reviews are real. I'm sure they are fake. 1) This place should not be calling themselves resort. It's small. Their photos are not accurate. 2) They only have one functioning restaurant. Although it states they have two restaurants, they only have one open at a time. 3) If you are vegan or vegetarian you will have 1 or 2 options on the menu and sometimes none. They do not accommodate either. The breakfast menu does not change and the food is horrible. They dinner menu changes every night but it is horrible and have no options. Their drinks have no options and are horrible. Their drinks were too sweet. They had no mint the entire week for a mojito. Food itself is a reason to not consider this place. 4) The pool was dirty. It has debris from the trees and bird feces in the water. It was not chlorinated. 5) The hotel is old. It was not clean. The housekeeping only made our beds unless they got a tip. We had to ask for towels/ cups/ kleenex. The bathroom counter was never cleaned the entire week we were there. 6) Most of the staff was not nice. They only have service if we left them tips. The first day we had breakfast and forgot our bag in the room. So we thought we'll give them a tip when we get back for lunch. When we came back no one came to us for 30 minutes. They were all standing and talking in the corner. We had to call them to say we are ready. DO NOT COME
