Great place for private room
Great neighbourhood, close to many supermarkets and convenience stores. The futon was very comfortable. Some rooms have better AC than others, so there can be a different level of comfort depending on if you have new or old AC. The staff are friendly, and the bathroom is very spacious and comfortable.

Best budget hotel in Tokyo!
This place is very good for the price. Everything was clean and well kept, the room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. There was also English service available.

Decent stay for the price
Room was comfortable enough for my two night stay. It's a little annoying that the showers aren't on the same floor as the rooms. The staff was friendly and showed me around. This hotel is a little further walk from Minami-Senju station than other similar hotels (took me about 15-20 minutes to walk each time). But it was as expected for the price, nothing amazing but no problems either.

Clean and basic
Small, clean, great value for money. Very basic but would definitely recommend if like us your room is just a place to sleep after a long day sightseeing !

Basic, comfortable enough
Typical basic room for the price. Same experience as similar priced places in the same area. The room was comfortable enough to sleep in for two nights. It was a little inconvenient that the only shower room was several floors away from my room and the place is kind of dated looking but clean and comfortable enough for a short stay just for sleeping.
