Covid Casualty-beware
No amenities advertised were available: No food at all, restaurant closed. Nearby restaurants all closed or carry out only. No laundry available, no laundry service available as alternative. No maintenance staff after 5pm, room phone broken, air-conditioning broken, TV broken, refrigerator not cold. Reception staff refused check-in on arrival without 2nd Covid-19 Vaccination in spite of current negative PCR test, until we made a scene. Room descriptions very confusing, rooms do not match the photos on Websites. Staff was friendly enough, just very inexperienced, inflexible and unapologetic when challenged with false advertising/unavailability of amenities and unacceptable lack of maintenance. The solution offered was for us to pay more for a different room "type". Will never return. Much better choices, even during Covid nearby.
