The hotel is run down and not at all pleasant.
There is a serious lack of care or interest by the owner of this hotel. I didn't find the staff friendly or helpful. It is very run down and there is damp everywhere. There was a funny smell in the restaurant too. Thankfully I had plans each day as it is not a hotel you would want to hang around. The bedsheets were stained, bathroom was dirty and the pool needed to be cleaned so I didn't go near it. The lock of my room and to the balcony also didn't work all the time. I have stayed in hostels for half the price and much better quality. I have been traveling in Indonesia for a month and has to be the worse place I stayed.

I arrived late in the evening and found my bedding to be stained yellow, black and brown, appearing that they had not been washed from the previous guest. I went down to the front desk where I was told that there were no more rooms available to move me to, nor did the employee know how to change the bedding, so I was going to have to deal with it for that night (the only night I was staying there before continuing my travels). I ended up sleeping on the wooden bench within the room because the bed was so disgusting. Definitely not a great first experience in Bali.

This hotel is very cheap, for the price could not really fault anything. Clean, nice pool good staff. I would recommend this hotel as s good base if you plan on spending most of your time sightseeing.

Great value
Booked for a few hours before a late night flight. For the price I paid (AUD$30 a night), it was great! The pool was clean, the air con worked well, the shower was warm, wifi was reliable, bed was comfy. It's got some flaws, but it's only 3 star and super cheap! For what I paid, I was very happy.
