Great stay
Excellent location across from the Colosseum. Can walk everywhere. Staff was helpful in confirming shuttle to cruise port. Tasty food at the Coming Out bar on first floor. Would stay here again.

Repeat visits.
This was our second stay. There's a good chance we'll be back. The mattress aren't what Americans are used too. And the hall door closes very loudly. Otherwise it was a great location, condition, price. Very happy overall.

Straight couple says good place to stay!
Although aimed towards lgbtq they were very family and straight friendly. Would not have know if I hadn’t read other reviews. very clean and quiet even though it’s right near a major tourist sight

Good 6.0
This was my second stay at this hotel and the second stay wasn't quite as good as the first. I checked in before 4:00 p.m. but it was a chore finding the person at the front desk. The nice staff at the cafe below was kind enough to call them so we could get checked in. The room itself was a struggle for me, particularly the bathroom. The sink area was located under a low ceiling and even though I am only 6' tall, I kept hitting my head constantly on the ceiling as I walked to the sink. Brushing teeth, shaving, etc. involved stooping down to avoid hitting my head on the ceiling. Finally, even though the hotel has done a credible job of soundproofing the rooms, the decibel level from the cafe downstairs was off the charts. On Wednesday night, there was a live stage show and the volume was turned up so loud that the walls were shaking. We went downstairs to have a beer and could not even hear each other if we screamed because the volume on the stage was so loud. I love the Coming Out Cafe but for god sake man, you don't need to crank up the music that loud for such a small location. Overall it wasn't a bad stay but I would definitely request a room with a more functional bathroom on the next visit.
