Great Hotel
Excellent hotel; very well maintained. This is the fourth time we have stayed here and we are never disappointed with the service and room conditions.

Great place
Very clean and not like your cookie cutter hotel. Had its own vibe which was pleasing. Bed comfortable and enjoyed my stay so much I booked an additional night.

Nice place, great value
Grounds are nicely maintained. Checked in was okay but overall room seemed clean. They did not have the room type I reserved but the room was fine. For the price the room was a value. Rooms seemed very clean and in great condition. Owner was out greeting guests in the morning and seemed quite pleasant, what i appreciate seeing from a small business owner. Made me feel welcome and was glad I stayed. Hotel doesnt seem to be in the best area of town but the parking lot is gated (not fully) it seemed fine. Access to freeway was simple and seemed to have plenty of restaurants around to grab a quick bite.

Beautiful boutique hotel
This place is very pretty. The grounds are colorful and well kept. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought and care in to the place. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. AC works great. We will be back.

Good for a 1 night stay--Staff very friendly
Just an overnight stay for us. Arrived at 7pm and left at 8am. Staff was very friendly and they were trying everything they could to make sure we had a nice stay. The hotel is in fine condition. It's not fancy and could use some maintenance but for a lower price hotel you get what you pay for. The room was fine. It was clean and bed was comfortable. There is a lot of road noise until 11pm or so. The hotel is located on the old Route 66 so there are vehicles traveling up and down the road. I would like to see this area in the summer. I'm sure its really nice. Overall, I would stay here again for a 1 night quick stay, but I'd find something a little nicer and more quiet if I was in Albuquerque for a longer stay.

showed up to sandia and check in was smooth, then given a occupied room but given another room qwickly. Reserved online for three nights then was told not valid on last night because they accept phone reservations first. Frustrated but left day early, plans were stalled due to early departure. Better reservations from hotel needed.
